God vs. Human Rights

Some groups criticize the human rights to deny the rights of God. For them, God only has the right and talk rights of man would deny the rights of God over man.

It is also not entirely wrong because of their adversaries conceive human rights as the denial of the rights of God.

here to resolve the apparent contradiction, we must distinguish between plans.

In terms of individual theology, we can not but see that we are totally dependent on God, Lord of our life and our death. He has called us to life without first consulting us, we will remove potentially life "like a thief" (Rev. 3.3), without warning, and moreover, we will remove it one day life at every one of us, warning us or without warning, according to a choice that we remain incomprehensible.

only God has rights and exercise them as He sees fit.

In terms of law (understood as a set of legal rules), it pleased God to confer rights to men on each other. These rights are also duties. There can be no rights without duties, as there can be no debtors creditors. The debtor in that capacity has duties, the creditor as such has rights. In real life everyone is alternately debtor or creditor. The man is in turn debtor and creditor rights obligations.

For clarity of exposition, we have "Declarations of Rights" more or less well written, of which emerges the fundamental " Universal Declaration of Human Rights " of 1948. This was only the "ten commandments" exposed as not more homework, but of rights. It is somehow, if I may use this image not fully adequate, positive negative of a photographic print. This is the "development" of the same image.

This form of exposure as a "Bill of Rights" is needed. For, in this case, instead of going to the individual man, "the declaration" is addressed to men in society. At this point of view, but rather the personal immunity conferred by these commandments that must be exposed. The "declaration" is for the individual debtor and the debtor's authority so that they emerge more easily in the corresponding obligations in their minds, so in their legal activities.

Human rights are Thus the term exclusive rights to God, source of all rights. And those, whatever their beliefs or unbelief also struggling against the universal human rights, fighting against the rights of God (whatever their conscience that God alone judge).
