The guide told us that when Princess Diana visited the Taj, she was alone, no tourists, it had collected in the long silence of the place once more then for a VIP tour of its first vocation: a sanctuary. But I'm not the Princess Diana and the pleasure of the eyes has been largely ruined by the noisy crowd and unwilling to meditation.
approach and the discovery by far is sublime, but up close and worse inside, it's the rat race and the risk of suffocation between two Indian tonic and imposing. And as everyone knows, is the Taj in Agra, about 250 km from Delhi. Or 250 km in India, by road, in good traffic conditions it takes 5 good hours. Our mistake on bad advice was to place the inevitable visit one day. Ten to twelve hour drive round trip within the context of very Mad Max Indian roads over a three-hour visit is a real test. And we have not had time to visit a place near Agra, much less known and seems you exceptional Fatehpur Sikri and mosquée.Si you go, plan two days and especially (though we knew ) to get by you be among the first visitors in the morning.
Well, looks like Corinne, the grumpy just spoke. Good day friends, I eagerly await news from Dharamsala.
