Yesterday, a small workshop "creating a weapon of GN 'was held in anticipation of upcoming GN. Suddenly, aided by our teacher of the Day, JF, I started to create a stick.
I'll try to do a little tutorial as and when the creation (which will probably take some time).
The gear:
- pvc pipe
- Bamboo
- foam duct
- Neoprene (If I'm not mistaken)
Already we must cut the PVC pipe according to the size desired. A saw is very fine. After filing out the history there have no little residue.
When you put it inside the bamboo walk, suddenly you can tape small pieces of fabric or leather on the bamboo so that it does not happen.
Bamboo is placed inside, causing it not moving. We can then proceed to the next step:
neoprene glue!
Brush tube about 30cm. Not need a big coat that fits well. Then press the foam duct turning for spreading glue. If you tend not too tough, expect a strong man beside ^ ^.
When the sheath installed correctly and all (it took two), cutting the casing to about 3 cm from the tube to the side to be on the ground. Space stuffed with bits of foam that remains.
There is more to allow the glue to dry!
Sometimes the foam duct opens, as in my case, so, I surrounded by tape to hold it a little.
