Can I Join The Army With A Hearing Aid

morality, objective law, human subjective response to" mullion "

"mullion" reproach to my post on "Rights of God against human rights" to separate, then mix.

idealists stand to never mix. Realists know that this can be seen from different angles, but it will be the same. They distinguish intellectually modes approach the thing.

In this case, I wanted to say, knowing well the distinction between objective law (rule set) and subjective (ability to require a person just another person or persons ) it was possible to approach the moral rule individual and the rule of law which it is derived either objectively or subjectively. Law and morality are related, the natural law is rooted in individual morality (do not do to others what you would have them do unto you).

So when Moses expresses the natural law as commandments, it is primarily for the individual conscience. But this rule is the moral foundation of law, all social rules, objective law.

In the right goal, which is the subject of the study of legislator and judge, it is more convenient to expose these Ten Commandments rather than the form of a Catalog duties (relating to debtors), but in the form of a catalog of rights (which relate to creditors). The right goal is always related (at least) a debtor and (at least) a creditor.

It is therefore futile to oppose rights and duties are, what is the objective law necessarily present together in any legal relationship expressed by the right objective.

So if I have the right to live is because others have a duty not to kill me. If others have the right to live, because it is my duty not to kill. In turn, I am a creditor or debtor individual rights based on objective law that establishes rules apply to all. These rules of debtors and creditors without partiality.

There is no contradiction in what I write. But after having distinguished in mind, I join in the thing.

God enacted in the consciousness of each a list of rights and duties (these are the same things, viewed from two different angles) and therefore it is useless, even misleading to oppose human rights and the rights of God. God, source of all rights, and that only the right of life and death, conferred rights to every man and they are promulgated in the consciousness of everyone who violates the human rights thus violates the rights of God. Human rights are founded in God.
