Here the dish that m have inspired the ingredients we have chosen for my cart ...
prawns cream ginger and turmeric together with a mango and avocado tartare Espelette pepper and served with champagne!
Fast, easy and delicious :-)
Prepare first tartar by cutting small pieces of mango and avocado that you mix with a little lemon juice to olive oil, a pinch of sea salt and a dash of Espelette. Then have the tartar on the serving dish, such as a cookie cutter heart shaped ;-))
Then the prawns must prepare minute ... Mix the amount of cream ginger desired with a little turmeric for color, a little sesame oil and salt as you like. Mix the prawns with turmeric cream, then stir-fry over high heat and install near the Tartar before enjoying the hot dish with a glass of chilled champagne!
